On Wednesday 7th September 2022, Allianz Congo Assurances officially became SUNU Assurances IARD Congo. The press conference organised at the Radisson Hotel in Brazzaville was enhanced by the presence of Mr. Jean Pierre NONAULT, Director General of the DGIF (General Directorate of National Financial Institutions), representing the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Public Portfolio. 
Numerous personalities participated in the event; among others, the Director of the CEMAC zone of the SUNU Group, Mr. Dimitrie IRIYE; the Managing Director of SUNU Assurances IARD Congo, Mr. Thierry Brou KOUADIO; the Director of Group Communication, Mrs. Awa BA COULIBALY; employees and some clients and partners. The day ended after the intervention of Mr. Thierry Brou KOUADIO on the television news of Télé Congo. 
In the same context, on Friday, September 9th, 2022, an official visit to the headquarters of SUNU Assurances IARD Congo in Pointe Noire, which has taken on the colours of the SUNU Assurances brand, took place in the presence of the city's official authorities.
