CENTRAL FUNCTIONS OF THE SUNU GROUP: 2023 STRATEGY DAYS
The 2023 strategy days for the central functions of the SUNU Group took place from 11th to 12th March 2023 in Grand-Bassam, Côte d'Ivoire.
This was an opportunity for the Management to take stock of the previous year and to work on the 2023 perspectives in order to reinforce the cohesion of the teams and their commitment to the service of the clients.
These days also enabled colleagues to motivate each other to commit to optimising the organisation in their assistance and support missions for the Group's 35 subsidiaries.
