From January 5th to 7th, 2024, SUNU Assurances companies in Côte d'Ivoire held their traditional kick-off in Assinie. The first days were mainly marked by the review of the highlights of the 2023 financial year followed by the assessment of the strategic plan, the presentation of the budget and the 2024 objectives.
A workshop on transformation and innovation as well as a conference on stress management at work were the highlights of these days.
The first day ended with a pleasant dinner in white, performances by artists with orchestra and an evening in traditional African dress. A large raffle with numerous prizes including 1 Abidjan-Paris-Abidjan plane ticket and fireworks served as the final bouquet of the evening.
The second day was marked by team building activities and lagoon walks with a view to strengthening cohesion between the teams and stimulating their commitment to serving customers.
Days held in a very good atmosphere with employees even more motivated to achieve the 2024 objectives.
