The team building of SUNU Bank Togo managers was held on 11th and 12th February 2023 between Lomé and Aného under the theme: "Team cohesion and commitment of all to keep the customer at the centre of everything". This meeting was an opportunity for the participants to reaffirm their commitment to an even stronger customer orientation.
Over the two days, employees had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including masterclasses, brainstorming, debates, talks and board games.
The teams left motivated and ready to take on all the challenges of the 2023 exercise.
